Gym / Cross Training

Our gym is open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm. We offer free open gym on Saturday mornings to learn how to use the equipment. Equipment available includes: free weights, weight machines, treadmill, elliptical trainers, battle ropes, TRX, bands, agility ladders, etc. Many classes are also available: Tai chi and gentle yoga, self-defense seminars, stick fighting, power and strength training, weight lifting seminars, and more! Personal evaluation and training available. Multiple personal trainers on location, both men and women. Monthly & weekly memberships available.

LIIFT combines focused weightlifting exercises with high-intensity interval training and core work to provide maximum body sculpting results in a compact workout.  Get great results in a short timeframe!

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga. It’s a true fat-burning, low-impact program, and that will help you get incredibly defined.

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years.  It is a discipline that I embrace because it improves muscle tone and flexibility while providing a sense of balance to mind and body.

Yoga Flow Stretch is great for everyone who would like to increase flexibility and range of motion by combining flowing poses, muscle toning postures, and deep stretching.  A great compliment to a more vigorous workout, this class will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
