Improving your fitness and performance in the saddle doesn't need to be a painful bore! At VéloCity, we have a state-of-the-art indoor cycling studio as well as engaging classes led by awesome instructors. You'll ride on your own bike so that your hard work pays off on the road, and our progressive workouts will ensure that you get the most out of your training.

High Intensity Interval Training

• More than just “spinning” – you train on your bike at your fitness level.

• Workouts progress weekly, and each week will have two different workouts for variety.

• Personal coaching helps you improve your technique.

• Track your speed, cadence, heart rate, and power on every ride.

• After every ride, you receive a race report that syncs with tracking programs such as Strava or Training Peaks. The report contains all monitored performance data from your ride.

Bonus Features

• Towel service provided. Showers available.

• Bike storage available – your bike will be set up on the trainer ready and waiting for you to ride (limited to first 60 cyclists).

• Rotating discounts on clothing, parts, and accessories.

• Post-ride refreshments available at The HandleBar, located inside VéloCity.

About Classes

Schedule

Two 10-week sessions:

November 1st – January 9th

January 10th – March 20th

A third, four-week session (March 21st – April 17th) may be added based on weather


Class Schedule:

Early morning classes on Mondays & Thursdays

Mid-morning classes on Mondays & Wednesdays

Noon classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays

Evening classes Monday thru Thursday

Saturday and Sunday morning classes as well

Will be sold as blocks of riding sessions.
